Recycle your electricals
All electrical items can be recycled, find out where is close to you and easy to get to.
Every electrical item can be recycled, there are so many precious metals in them that it’s absolutely brilliant for the environment for them to be made into something new. Check out the information below and see how you can get involved by making sure your WEEE gets recycled
Local Household Re-use and Recycling Centres (HRRC)
All of the HRRC’s have designated areas for electrical goods. Look out for the signs that say ‘small mixed WEEE’ and ‘LDA’ (Large Domestic Appliances).
Kerbside Collections
Hounslow residents can recycle their WEEE through Hounslow Councils kerbside collection scheme
Community locations
We encourage community buildings to hold electrical item recycling events for their local community, if there’s one near you the details will be in the events section.
